Executive Coach – George Donohue

Mr. Donohue has provided a confidential and supportive sounding board for his clients during the past 15 years. George understands how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, help provide clarity and provide resources to help achieve greater confidence and success. The end result is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, and establish concrete development and success goals.

Typically, the executive coaching process involves a series of phases, starting with discovery, goal setting, and development planning, and then progressing through the development plan, with regular check-ins with the executive’s manager. The typical duration of a coaching engagement is seven to 12 months.

Mr. Donohue can guide and assist an executive to becoming more resourceful, confident and ultimately more productive. This is because through decades of experience in the real estate industry, George understands the dynamics of almost every possible situation and relationship, whether it be landlord-tenant, developer-owner, commercial lessee to big brand.

Mr. Donohue will also utilize Skype or other streaming video technologies, but only after several face to face meetings have taken place.
