Expert Witness – George F. Donohue

In one case where Mr. Donohue was hired as an expert witness, the lawyers put up a handful of other experts against Mr. Donohue’s statements.  After hearing all the various witnesses the judge in the case ruled in his favor by stating “ The Court found convincing, the testimony of Mr. Donohue….”.

Yes. Mr. Donohue has good experience in writing papers to be submitted to a court. He understands the format and wording required for this type of submission.

How much is Mr. Donohue’s fee for providing expert testimony?

Mr. Donohue usually receives a per hour fee. Mr. Donohue recognizes that a lawyer may need to stay within a certain budget so Mr. Donohue will work with you in regard to the fee.
