Mr. Donohue has been retained as an expert witness in civil court trials and arbitrations in cases regarding topics such as real estate, commercial leasing, standard practices of real estate professionals, valuations, fair compensation, etc.

In one case where Mr. Donohue was hired as an expert witness, the lawyers put up a handful of other experts against Mr. Donohue’s statements. After hearing all the various witnesses the judge in the case ruled in his favor by stating “ The Court found convincing, the testimony of Mr. Donohue….”.

Mr. Donohue has earned an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University.

How much is Mr. Donohue’s fee for providing expert testimony?
Mr. Donohue usually receives a per hour fee. Mr. Donohue recognizes that a lawyer may need to stay within a certain budget so Mr. Donohue will work with you in regard to the fee.
